Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you book travel through Pearlsard Travel and Tours. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Enquiries and quotes

An enquiry or a quote is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only once we accept it and you have paid the deposit. Prices are quoted in United States dollars and remain subject to availability and to currency changes until your booking is confirmed.

Deposits and balances

The deposit secures your booking. The balance is due before you travel, by the date we advise you. If a balance is not paid on time, suppliers may cancel the arrangements and charges may apply.

Changes and cancellations

Changes and cancellations are subject to the terms of the airlines, hotels, and suppliers involved in your trip, which vary by supplier. We will always explain the position and any charges before you commit.

Travel documents and insurance

Valid passports, visas, and travel insurance are your responsibility. We will help and advise where we can, but you are responsible for meeting the entry requirements of your destination.

Our role

We arrange travel on your behalf with third party suppliers who are responsible for the services they provide. Our responsibility is limited to arranging your travel with reasonable care.

Payments

Online deposits are processed securely by Paynow, which supports EcoCash, OneMoney, InnBucks, and Visa and Mastercard. Fly now pay later options are available on request and subject to approval.
